This WordPress blog is solely dedicated to J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-Earth literature, from The Silmarillion to The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. This includes but is not limited to tie-in novels such as The Fall of Gondolin, Unfinished Tales, The Children of Húrin, and more. These blog posts are not reviews or critiques, but reflections and analysis on character development, philosophy, story-telling, and much more. While some posts will focus on a specific chapter of a novel, others will focus on multiple chapters, depending on the length and depth of said chapter. This site will also focus on one book at time, in order to retain focus and give each novel the dedication they deserve. With that out of the way, let the escapism journey into Middle-Earth begin!
